My heater was delivered this week to my lake front cottage in northern Maine. WE have no heat and little insulation and usually depart for Florida by mid Oct. Our low was 37 last night and our little heater kept me very comfortable as I read well onto the night. When I went to bed, I brought the 5 pound heater into the bedroom and it me very comfortable all night long. I am impressed with the amount of heat this little heater produces and I am impressed with a simple safety feature.....if the machine is not in an upright position, a simple gravity switch shuts off power and eliminates the risk of fire. Best Lil Heater EVER ??It PUMPS ??
So when I got this package I was like ?? . It was SOOO small, like my coffee maker is bigger than this heater, but for like 20 bucks what do you expect. So I live on the third floor of my house, which is a huge room, like half the attic of a 3 bedroom house. The room is terribly insulated and gets soo cold in the winter. I figured I’d try the little heater anyway, figuring I’d have to keep it running constantly to keep the room somewhat warm. I plugged that heater up for FIVE MINUTES and thought I was in Hawaii ?? .. whole room heated, warm, I was amazed. I love that it doesn’t take up much space and isn’t bulky but like I said IT PUMPS! Money well spent! It has a high and low setting and a fan setting which I use often cause it gets a little hot ???? .. It also is safe because if it tips over to the left, right, front, or back it will automatically turn off. Highly recommend ??

I was looking for a small space heater and was about to buy a conventional one with two knobs on top at a home improvement store when I by chance saw this one on Amazon. Although the first one is good, this is light-years better. The first thing I noticed out of the box was build quality. Solid, quality construction, no cheap plastic feel. The second was the heat coming out of it. Hard to describe, but it seems more 'full' and 'rich' than other similar heaters. The third was the touch controls. It took me a minute to get used to them, as by default I was pushing down on them. Just a light bounce of the finger is all it takes. Nice smooth oscillation, particularly like the timed shut-off option. In short, massively impressed. For a few bucks more, you get a modern, highly functional unit that to me is distinctly superior to others of a similar type. Nicely done Dreo!

Small but MIGHTY!
I literally bought this yesterday, had it shipped to me yesterday and plugged it in this morning in my classroom. Holy moly is this thing HOT. My room is 20'x15'. I read the instructions to turn the dial to the warmest setting and set the thermostat to maximum. Within three minutes I was uncomfortable, I kid you not. I will probably end up moving this little guy to the other side of the room or at least further away from my desk at some point. You can feel the heat throughout the room. I am not normally someone to complain about being cold, but being that I live in the South where it is 75 one day and 35 the next, it is hard for these school units to keep up and it has been a little chilly in my room. I will definitely not have to worry about that anymore!

Hard to imagine anyone rating this product below 5 stars. Heat output is fantastic with the wide sweeping motion of the heater. And it is so quiet you really have to concentrate to know if it is on or off. I work in a very cold concrete office building and in the winter I would get chilled to the bone. As soon as I walk in and turn on these heaters, within 5 minutes the room feels toasty warm, without feeling obnoxious artificial heat like you get with other space heaters. And the remote control works great. I do a lot of Zoom meetings, and if the room gets too warm I can discretely pick up the remote control and turn the heat down or off without people even knowing what I am doing. And the heater is also very sleek and attractive in the room. HIGHLY recommend this product.

It looks like a lot of the ratings here are plugging this thing into old outlets that cannot support 1.5kW. It’s a shame that these reviews are bringing down the overall rating of a product that I’ve had a ton of success with for over 3 years now. People really need to use their critical thinking skills here: this device is going to heat an entire room; It puts out 1.5kW of heat; It’s going to draw >10A from a standard wall outlet in the US. You need to have outlets that at least somewhat new and not dirt cheap to support this kind of power. It’s a real bummer that people are knocking this product for their shitty house wiring. Very disappointing to see the spread of misinformation from people that have no idea how electricity works.

Okay so the deal with this heater is you need to manage your expectations of what you're getting. The thing is tiny, it's literally the size of a large cup of coffee.
