Small Size, But Packs A Punch
I wasn’t so sure on this when I ordered it, and was even more alarmed when I got it and saw how small it is. It’s only like a foot tall and about 6 inches wide. I bought it to test it out for possible use replacing my in-wall small space heaters supplied with my rental duplex. The supplied units are horrible on electricity, don’t have any kind of specific heat setting or “thermostat” effect so they often just run and run and run even if on the lower settings. A pain in the .. and costly. These small space heaters are much better. Likely much better on electricity in part because they have specific temp settings for shutoff, and they also come with a remote! I am hoping they pay for themselves in one season. I plan on having 4 total, one for each room’s in-wall heaters. These are small as I mentioned, but they heat up extremely fast and they put out a surprisingly good amount of heat. Similar to the in-wall units they are replacing.
If you are thinking about it, Just buy it!
I purchased this because I'm currently on medical leave and my gas was shut off earlier this summer. I'll have it reconnected, but not for a few more weeks, and my house was freezing. Sitting at my desk, even with socks on, my feet were icy, and my nose felt like ice—it's not even the coldest part of the year yet. When I came across this heater, I thought it might help with the cold, and it certainly did! It's a remarkable little device, and to my surprise, it oscillates! That feature alone won me over. In short, it's an efficient little heater that warms up quickly. Definitely a smart buy, and I'm considering getting another one for upstairs!
Great Heater
After trying several milk crate style heaters and them not lasting or keeping up for what I used it for, I purchased this heater after some reviews and have not been disappointed. I bought it for my 30’ trailer at deer camp and it works great. I bought this 2 years ago and even use it at home to cut the chill in the air in our bedroom since our master faces the north when the cold winds blow. The remote is awesome. It’s very quit and works great in cold temps (18 degrees at deer camp a few times) Highly recommend and would will buy again if the need arrises.
