I bought this to weather a severe cold snap last month and was very pleased with the heat output. I used it in my average size bedroom and even with the room’s doors open the machine worked wonderfully to heat the space. It’s also small and lightweight enough to tote with you easily (it has a handhold in the back so it can be held as you move). I took it to my outbuilding office to keep my feet warm during the day and then slept with it on at night. I have no safety concerns about sleeping with it on as it is kept on a safe surface (not carpet). The remote is handy to use if you’re feeling cozy and don’t want to get out of bed to change the settings (guilty as charged), which also include a timer if you want it to turn off after so many hours. It also has a 30 second countdown to let the machine cool down when you turn it off - great feature when you want to move it with you as I did. I ran it quite a bit to help my central heating maintain temperature during the snap. The extra electric cost was negligible. I would buy again and recommend it without hesitation.

I've had this little space heater for two weeks now, and while it does not reinvent the wheel, it has met my expectations. I initially had reservations on purchasing a "no-name" heater from Amazon, but it does everything it has claimed and I have no real complaints.

We have primarily used it as a supplement to our gas furnace, but as our Winter has gotten back up to double-digit temperatures, we have come to rely on this space heater more than the furnace (and even shutting our furnace off some days). This space heater can easily heat a bedroom, basement, or small living room and sustain it at a more than comfortable temperature for long periods or even overnight.

Upon starting it, the heater begins producing heat nearly instantly. Like most products in this category, the body is plastic, and does have that sickly plastic smell as it runs. Two weeks in, it has gotten less noticeable, but is still there. The LED panel is easy to read and understand, but does power off after a while until "awakened" again. If knocked over, the heater will beep to alert you and cease to produce heat but will continue to blow cool air. The heater does have a "lock" button which has proven to be useful as I have small children who are curious about pushing buttons. The most pointless feature to me is the oscillation, which allows the heater to slowly automatically rotate from side to side while it runs. I've never had a heater with this feature, nor would I ever seek one out. It works fine, so I have no real complaint there, I just see it as unnecessary, and would never pay more for a heater that has it. That being said, I don't think you're paying for that feature here, so it's a nice bonus whether you utilize it or not. Additionally, the heater also comes with a remote control. This is another feature I never knew I wanted in a space heater, it's included and that's great - but like the oscillation, it would personally would never be a deciding factor on whether I purchased a heater or not.

The only other concern I have is how hot the plug-in on the cord becomes from sustained use. I don't see it as a real issue right now, but it is something I've been keeping an eye on. Time will tell if it actually becomes a problem.

At the end of the day, this little heater has kept my family warm, proven to be reliable, relatively safe, and even has some bells-and-whistles that you may or may not appreciate. If it were to break, I would probably seek out a product from a vetted manufacturer. However, if this thing is still going strong next Winter I may opt to buy another.

I am stuck on the couch 90% of each day due to a medical issue I am currently dealing with and absolutely freezing on cold days since my husband likes it cold in the house. The couch is in a large living room that is open to the kitchen and a hallway. So it is not closed in with 4 walls. I put the heater close to the couch and it not only keeps me warm, but it also warms the whole living room. The thermostat is off over all by up to 5 degrees but if you know that upfront, then you can deal with it. The only complaint I have is that it never shuts off when you reach the optimal temp but that really hasn't been an issue for me since I am using it during the day and can easily turn it off. If I needed it at night, it would get too hot, and I would have to wake up and manually turn it off. But I only need it during the days when I am awake anyway. It is a great little heater and the price was good as well

I wanted to address the problem of people having their breakers thrown with this unit. This is a problem that is easily avoided. Unlike what some other reviewers have stated, you do not want to plug this straight into an electrical outlet! The better alternative is to plug this into a good quality *surge strip. So even if it trips the power it will just reset your surge strip not your breakers and you will not lose power. The only issue I had was that I could not run the vacuum cleaner and the space heater at the same time as it would draw too much power and reset the surge strip. Other than that I've had no issues or problems with the unit. This heater would not be good for heating large spaces but for small areas it does the job well. I have it next to my computer desk and it gives me constant heat while the rest of the house tends to be pretty clammy in cold weather. If you still have problems with your breakers being reset you probably have an imbalance on your breakers and you will need to call an electrician and get this fixed. I used to have that problem with my breakers until I hired an electrician to fix the problem. He fixed the problem and no more breakers being thrown. This is a nice little heater and I would consider buying another to run in another room. Great little space heater with great features! I give it five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
