This heater works perfectly for me. I actually purchased 2 different heaters with different features, but I like this one the best. This heater is pretty basic with just 2 controls. One is the on/off plus fan, low and high settings and the other is the oscillating on/off. I thought I was going to like the other heater I bought better because it has a thermostat, but that is not the case. Both heaters have the same ratings, 750/1500 watts but this heater feels like it produces more heat. This heater has a very small footprint so it's easy to store and when in use it takes little room. I also found that in actual use, having a thermostat isn't important. A small space heater is not something you leave on when you are out of the room or house for more than a short time and I'm not comfortable leaving a space heater on all night while I'm sleeping so the thermostat is not important. The low and high settings are enough to keep the room comfortable. The tilt safety switch is more sensitive on this heater and even a slight tip turns it off until it is resting flat on the floor again. This is a good feature. I would definitely purchase this heater again.

my room is 12X12
And during peak winter I had it on the low setting and it would heat up my room in less than thirty minutes.
It would actually get pretty hot in here.
I would actually have to turn it off at some point at night.And the room stayed pretty warm throughout.
I was using it because my Central heating was not working.So this is a pretty good work around. I also really like that.It turns off if it gets knocked over. It has to be on a sturdy surface for it to oscillate.

I don’t have to drape a blanket across my lap anymore. I just wish it had a handle. I love the safety features but I turn it off when I leave work. I run it on low must of the time. The price is very fair. The heater before this one cost a little more but it had a few-more feature. I gave it to my 2nd bestie co-working that was freezing like me until I bought my heater. I will purchase either one again.
