So far it has been working perfectly. It's not quiet, but it's not overwhelming either. There has been a slight burning smell, like when you turn on your furnace for the first time, but I'm sure it will go away with time. Overall I really like it, and it fits my needs. I purchased this heater March. '22. I use it my office, size 18' X 15'. I run it on cool days/night non stop and never had any problems. On low setting it is quiet and keeps room toasty. For my money its good product and keeps me warm. The auto tip over works well, I've triped over it several times, so i can testify to this safety feature.Also my little dog loves to sit in front constantly.
