 Great product and support
The heater has very nice features and heats up a room MUCH faster than smaller heaters of similar power. My sample had an overheating problem which I encountered two years after I purchased it. I contacted Lasko, they walked me through some trouble shooting ideas which didn't help. They then promptly sent me a new heater without hesitation. They also offered me some promotional items if I would ship them back the defective unit, they supplied a FedX prepaid label. Overall great service and a nice product.

Great heater, well thought out controls
Purchased two of these heaters for auxiliary use in my home. They have worked well, with controls at desktop height they are easy to adjust. The wider base makes for a stable unit as well. In addition, the remote controls work well, but I find I don't need them. I can set the unit and let it keep a set temperature. Would purchase again.

UPDATE: After 1½ years, one of the units stopped heating - just blew room temp air. I looked up the paperwork and realized these units have a three year warranty. I reached out to Lasko and their customer service team was fantastic! After providing necessary documentation (invoice and photo of label) Lasko promptly sent out a replacement unit. Kim made the process incredibly easy, and I couldn't be more pleased!

Wonderful unit wtth many features. Well worth the extra money.
Just got this as a replacement for a unit costing half as much. Extremely well made and engineered. Easy assembly with six screws and great instructions. The remote control is very useful. Without the remote, I can operate everything from my desk chair--no stooping! You can't kick the heater over or trip on it, because of its height. (Cheaper units are all pretty low to the ground.) Adjustable heat from 40 degrees (for frigid rooms) to 80 (for rapid heating). Silent operation. Would make a great gift.

 It does what it says it will do.
I have the heater in my office and it works so well, that I decided to order one for home. It is fairly quiet to use and the rotation of the heater spreads the warmth around the room. The size is great because it does not take up much room.

Significant upgrade
I am replacing an older radiant heater that finally gave up. This ceramic filament heater is so much nicer looking and has a wonderful remote control for oscillation and heat. It is much more elegant and therefore applicable in almost any room of the house.

Best Heater Ever!
I’ve now purchased a total of three of these heaters. One for myself, one for family member and one for shared office space. The tower’s heat panel is almost as long as the actual tower. I’ve found other models only have small sections of heat output. This one is great for heat as a main source when needed or just for added comfort in the colder months. Comes with a remote which is really convenient if using in bedroom. The unit is light enough to carry from one room to the next. I’ve had my first one for about 4 years and no issues with any of them.

 It works perfectly fine.
My parent had one of these, and it always worked very well. I bought this model recently, and it heats up a small room or bathroom instantly. Controls work properly, and I never had any issue with using the remote or buttons. I unplug it whenever it is not in use. My furnace went on the fritz for a couple days in January, which prompted me to buy this model. During that time, this heater actually kept my living room (typical living room size for a city rowhome) pretty warm for being a large open space. It's a solid quality product for a good price.
